Role Description:

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience while you work alongside our highly skilled professionals in reception and reservations. You'll get the opportunity to handle a wide range of responsibilities, which include but aren't limited to:

• Taking, confirming and organizing client bookings.
• Handling the front desk and dealing with visitors inquiries
• Maintaining professional communication via phone, email and facte to face.
• Inputting and updating data with high accuracy into the reservation system
• Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
• Assisting in administrative tasks when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should have impeccable customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Estonian, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems are also essential. Lastly, students pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field are preferred but not required.
