Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team in the Tallinn office. Reporting to the Senior Industrial Engineer, the selected candidate will have an unparalleled opportunity to learn and contribute to our ongoing projects while gaining deep insights into various facets of industrial engineering.
Tasks Description
Assist in designing and implementing production processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Undertake process mapping, time and motion studies to improve throughput effectiveness.
Collaborate in developing manufacturing procedures and systems for quality control and cost reduction.
Conduct operational and system analyses, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to solving complex engineering problems.
Job Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other engineering software.
Knowledge of Production Planning, Project Management and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
