Job Description
The successful applicant will be assisting our dedicated Events Team in planning and coordinating a variety of events, both corporate and social. Tasks will include venue selection, scheduling, managing suppliers and contractors, and overseeing the event setup, execution, and breakdown. Interns will also be involved in budget management, client meetings, and post-event evaluations.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who is currently studying or has just completed a degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field. Previous work experience in event management or a similar role would be beneficial. The candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Estonian or Russian would be an advantage.
