Job Description
As an intern, you will assist our team of expert chefs in preparing exceptional dishes consistent with our brand’s quality standards. You will prep, cook, taste, and present dishes, while gaining hands-on experience in food safety procedures, expense management, and kitchen operations.
Tasks Include:
- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning, cutting, chopping, and storing food.
- Learning and assisting in cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.
- Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment in the kitchen.
Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in a Culinary Arts program or a related field. You should be passionate about the culinary arts, demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills, and have an eagerness to learn. Prior experience in a professional kitchen is a plus, but not required. Above all, we’re looking for individuals with a positive, can-do attitude, who are excited about the prospect of learning in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment.
