Job Description

The successful candidate will work alongside dedicated professionals, supporting and receiving guidance from some of the top specialists in the industry. Key tasks will include:

  • Performing legal research and drafting legal documents under supervision.
  • Attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes and following up on actions where necessary.
  • Supporting with daily administrative tasks.
  • Working with legal technology tools to drive productivity.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited law school, preferably with a focus on Corporate Law.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Danish languages.
  • Possess strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and understanding of legal research software is a plus.

    Desirable candidates should be well organized, show initiative and be highly self-motivated. They should have a strong work ethic, and exemplary interpersonal and presentation skills.
