Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and creative intern to join our Wedding Planner team. As part of your internship, you will be participating in all aspects of the planning and execution of weddings. This includes liaising with clients, planning logistics, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to the overall design and aesthetic of each event.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including decor, seating arrangements, music, lighting and catering.
  • Collaborating with the creative team for theme, decor and overall design ideas.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their vision and wishes for their special day.
  • Coordinating and communicating with various vendors to ensure all elements come together smoothly.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as drafting agreements, sending invoices and maintaining client records.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management skills
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Working knowledge of event planning processes and logistics
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure
  • Fluent in Danish, proficiency in English is a plus
  • Current enrolment in an undergraduate course related to Event Management/Hotel Management/Business
