We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Kitchen / Cook intern to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. This is a great opportunity for those who want to gain valuable experience and develop their culinary skills in a dynamic and growing business.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a professional kitchen. The daily tasks will include prepping, cooking and presenting meals to a consistently high standard. The intern must also ensure the kitchen is clean and well-stocked, and ensure that food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as part of a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Certificate in culinary arts preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• Experience in working with modern cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
