Position Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Intern to join our team in Praha. This role will provide a comprehensive insight into our various operations as they work across departments to support the team in delivering exceptional service, managing products, and exploring innovative concepts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the development of new beverage concepts, menu optimization, and product launches.
• Work hand in hand with the marketing team to understand market trends and implement relevant product strategies.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Purchasing department, including vendor management and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to understand and address customer feedback and preferences.
• Assist in managing food and beverage outlets and working in our state-of-the-art production facilities.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• Passionate about the food and beverage industry, with an understanding of current market trends.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Czech is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
