Vacancy: Wedding Planner Intern

We are looking for an ambitious, organized and proactive Intern to join our highly reputable Wedding Planner team in Prague. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the premium event management industry and work in one of the most beautiful cities in the world; Prague, dubbed the City of a Hundred Spires. Your role will include assisting in the organization and execution of stunning weddings that our clients will remember for a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and planning of weddings, ensuring they reflect clients' personal style and preferences.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, employees, and all other stakeholders during event planning.
- Maintain updated records of costs and contracts.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines and budget parameters.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and rehearsals to ensure the smooth running of events.

Job Requirements

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English speaker; second language is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of project management and Microsoft Office skills.
