Job Description and Responsibilities

The HR intern will be responsible to assist in a wide range of HR tasks, including but not limited to the following duties:

- Assisting with recruitment processes - job postings, screening resumes, organizing interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Supporting the HR team in scheduling and organizing training sessions and seminars.
- Helping with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, such as forming and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting our staff with implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
- Creating and updating job descriptions.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology or a related field of study.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian are a must.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent team player with a can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated, driven with a strong desire to make an impact.
- Experience with HR systems and databases is considered a plus.
