Job Summary
Role: Human Resources Internship
Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina
Duration: 12 Months
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support in all HR-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Assist in HR projects like organizing staff engagement activities, performance management, etc.
- Help in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, and employee database.
- Perform research and analysis on labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technologies to propose enhancements to existing HR policies.
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate or post-graduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, organize and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English language, knowledge of local languages is a plus.
