Marketing and Communication internship in a Translation agency in Brussels

Job Description

Our collaborator is a translation agency with expertise based on more than 15 years in the translation industry. From its liaison offices in Brussels and Hamburg, they provide professional interpretation and translation services for international organisations and companies worldwide. They are looking for an intern to help with customer acquisition, via social media marketing and networking.

Tasks

• Creating promotional materials, writing of newsletters and /or business blog (remote).
• Participating in events and networking (Brussels).
• Social media marketing – LinkedIn posts, etc. (remote).
• Preparing tenders (if applicable) (remote).

Requirements

• Students who are enrolled in a BA or MA degree in communication, business or marketing studies and who need to complete an internship as part of their degree programme.
• Interns must be able to demonstrate a good level of written and spoken English as well as French.
• EU national or work permit holder.
• Student based in Brussels preferred, as there will be a professional event to attend once or twice every 15 days.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT…).
• Very good, demonstrated command of social media.
• Good writting skills.
• Customer oriented.

Availability and hours

• 2-4 months internship (flexible).
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-16:30pm (flexible, part time is a possibility). 

 

Location

• Remote most of the time. Possible participation in events and networking would take place in Brussels.
