Internship Opportunity - Event Management
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Management Intern to join our experienced team, based in the heart of Vienna, Austria.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and organizing a variety of events.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative solutions for event challenges.
- Participate in negotiations with vendors, sponsors and key partners.
- Assist in on-site operations on event days, ensuring seamless execution.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations on event strategies and innovations.
- Handle social media and public relations tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program, such as Event Management or Business Administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members, external partners, and clients professionally.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including night and weekends, as required for events.
