Internship Opportunity - Event Management

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Management Intern to join our experienced team, based in the heart of Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and organizing a variety of events.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative solutions for event challenges.
• Participate in negotiations with vendors, sponsors and key partners.
• Assist in on-site operations on event days, ensuring seamless execution.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations on event strategies and innovations.
• Handle social media and public relations tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program, such as Event Management or Business Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members, external partners, and clients professionally.
• Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including night and weekends, as required for events.
