Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. You will:

  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including preparing job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Aid in managing employee records & ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Help to monitor employee morale and contribute ideas to improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and execution of staff training and development programs.

Job Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • A keen interest in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software would be an asset.
