Job Description

As an intern in Reception / Reservations, your duties will range from welcoming guests and handling reservations, managing customer inquiries, and engaging with clients over the phone, by email and in person. You might be required to assist in daily operations, contribute to out-of-hours services where necessary and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.

Job Requirements

Prime candidates must be pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient English skills are a must, and German language skills would be a considerable asset. The appointed person must be able to work within a diverse team, merit excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a track record of outstanding customer service.
