Our collaborator is a 4* Hotel in Mallorca. This exclusive Hotel provides its customers with a stay filled with peace, wellbeing, nature, and sport. The hotel is situated in Font de Sa Cala, surrounded by a natural environment along the shores of the Mediterranean sea. This is a perfect destination to enjoy an extraordinary holiday.
Tasks: - Check-In / Check Out.- Receiving clients and all tasks related to it.
- Support and customer information at the reception.
- Perform procedures related to the occupation and sales rooms.
- Receive, process and direct customer complaints to appropriate services.
- Provide information to customers about the island.
- Answering the reception's phone. Requirements:
- Fluent English.
- Minimum duration of 2 months.
- Spanish is a plus.
- German is a plus.
- If you are able to stay during July and August will be more valued. Benefits:
- 300 euros per month.
- Shared Accommodation.
- All meals.
- Uniform. Schedule: - 40 hours per week.
- Monday till Sunday with 2 days off per week.
