Our collaborator is nice camping situated in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona. They are the closest first-class campsite to Barcelona where you can walk along the Ramblas and contemplate Gaudi's work, such as La Pedrera and the Sagrada Familia. They offer their clients an ideal place for children and family holidays, in caravan and motorhome, holidays in bungalows or mobile homes. They also have mini-club, minigolf and jumping pillow installations.
Tasks
- Check in and check out.
- Collect payments.
- Social media and visual communication management.
- Keep updated the Social Media platforms (taking pictures and adding to the platform)
- Welcoming guests and giving general information about the city.
- Giving guests all information about Camping regulations, explaining Camping facilities to arriving guests
- Promoting and informing guests about daily/weekly activities.
- Helping to develop camping events.
- Receiving feedback and complaints
- Administration tasks: booking, reservations, emails, calls, etc.
Requirements
- High level of English and French
- Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus
- Minimum 2 months
- Availability of the vacancy: 27th April - 15th September
- Extrovert person
