Our collaborator is a well-established boat rental agency specializing in helping clients find the perfect vessel for their holidays at sea. They offer a wide portfolio of boats across multiple international destinations and provide personalized support before, during, and after each booking.
Tarefas
- Conduct initial calls with clients to understand their needs.
- Search and select suitable boats.
- Prepare and send tailored quotations.
- Apply sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate with suppliers when necessary.
- Follow up with clients until reservation confirmation.
- Manage existing bookings, including issues and complaints.
- Learn about products, destinations, and the nautical sector.
Requisitos
- University studies in Business, Tourism, Languages, or related fields.
- Native or very high level of Spanish.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Interest in tourism and/or the nautical sector.
Condições
- Monthly financial support of approximately €700 gross.
- Additional financial support linked to internship performance.
- Hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Training in the travel and nautical industry.
- International and dynamic work environment.
Availability and hours:
- 6-month internship.
- From early July to late December.
- Full-time schedule.
