Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our reception and reservations team at our stunning location in Évora, Portugal. The role involves supporting our front desk operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing incoming calls and emails regarding reservations and inquiries.
• Support the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, special packages, and hotel services.
• Handle guest requests promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with the administrative tasks related to booking management and guest records.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, familiar with PMS software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
