Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Reception/Reservations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Handling reservations via telephone, email, and online booking systems.
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about services, pricing, and amenities.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
• Managing and updating the booking system, ensuring accuracy in reservations and guest lists.
• Providing administrative support to the management team when needed.

Personal and Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with reservation software is an advantage.
