Job Description

The successful candidate will provide in-classroom support to the teacher, ensuring a conducive and efficient learning environment for students. Key tasks include but are not limited to :

• Assisting the teacher in developing lesson plans and materials
• Supporting classroom management and behavioral interventions
• Helping students with learning difficulties and providing one-on-one tutoring
• Maintaining classroom resources and equipment
• Assisting in school events, such as Parent-Teacher Meetings and school trips

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following prerequisites:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education preferred); a teaching certification is a plus
• At least 2 years’ experience in an educational setting
• Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficient in both English and Portuguese
