Our collaborator is an IT and Marketing company based in Malta. They specialize in developing custom software solutions for businesses of all sizes. They have a team of experienced and skilled developers who are experts in a variety of programming languages and technologies. They also have a team of designers who can create beautiful and user-friendly interfaces. They are looking for a remote Project Manager to help with their main projects.

Tarefas

The tasks to perform will be as follows:

• Support the project manager in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Assist the team of developers, designers and marketing: Assign tasks to team members and ensure they understand their responsibilities.
• Assist in creating project plans and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Conduct quality reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework.

Requisitos

• English - fluent level.
• Project management skills with leadership attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ideal candidate should be be pro-active, willing to learn, passionate about new technologies, and have good communication skills.
