Tasks and Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Processing orders, returns and refunds
• Providing feedback to different areas of the business to improve the Customer Experience

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
