Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Events Management Intern to join our vibrant team. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. You will work closely with our event coordinators and contribute to various aspects of event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support the development of event marketing materials, including social media content.
• Help manage attendee registrations, communications, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate logistics on-site, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of budget and expenditures relevant to events.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
