Job Description

As an Events Management Intern, you will assist in the planning and execution of various corporate and private events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching potential venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality event services.
  • Assisting with event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Supporting the marketing team in promotional activities, including social media marketing and content creation.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their vision.
  • Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and enhance event success.
  • Maintaining event documentation, tracking budgets, and preparing post-event reports.

Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A keen interest in event planning and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 months, starting immediately.
