Internship Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer inquiries and providing product/service information.
• Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Updating customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
• Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student in a business related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Italian languages.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications, email systems and internet navigation.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
