Job Description

This HR internship offers an enriching opportunity to understand and contribute to our human resources team's comprehensive functions. The intern will work closely with our HR professionals, supporting them in key areas such as recruitment, training and development, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day HR functions and duties.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and prepare reports on HR metrics.
  • Facilitate communication with employees regarding HR processes and policies.
  • Support administrative tasks, including record maintenance, HRIS entries, and document reviews.
  • Assist in organising and implementing training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The applicant must:

  • Be pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous HR experience will be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
