Human Resources Internship Opportunity - Birmingham, United Kingdom

Tasks and Responsibilities
The intern will be expected to:
- Assist with day to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Job Requirements
Successful applicants must:
- Be working towards a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Have basic knowledge of labor laws
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit strong decision-making skills
