Internship Opportunity: Customer Service Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to gather and provide feedback on customer interactions, contributing to process improvements.
• Help develop customer support materials, including FAQs and guides, to streamline customer interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about our products and services.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for future enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills—familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
