English Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Tenerife, Spain

Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities would include supporting our teachers in executing lesson plans, providing individual assistance to students, grading assignments and actively facilitating in-class exercises. Additionally, the role may involve conducting separate sessions for students who require extra assistance or those desiring to accelerate their learning progress. You will work collaboratively with teachers to implement our interactive, learner-centered approach to English language education.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field. TEFL/TESOL certification is also highly recommended. At least one year of experience in teaching English, preferably in a foreign language setting, is required. The candidate should have a strong command of English language, both written and spoken, and a basic proficiency in Spanish. A demonstrated capacity to work effectively within diverse, multicultural environments is essential.
