Tareas
- Customer service: Resolution of queries and assistance to the customers in a close and professional manner, both B2C and B2B customers.
- Technical support: Help in the management of incidents related to the device, ensuring a smooth experience for users.
- Support for the expansion in Italy: Collaborate in tasks related to the growth strategy in the Italian market, translations, understanding of the culture...
Requisitos
- Italian at a native standard
- Spanish fluent (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 4 months
- Communication skills and customer orientation.
- Technical knowledge related to electronic devices or technological systems will be a plus
Condiciones
Availability and hours
- Depends on the agreement, normally 25-30 hours per week. If it is part time, it will be morning hours. They can be flexible if necessary.
