Job Description

We seek a passionate and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers in preparing classroom materials and resources.
• Supporting students with their individual learning needs, encouraging their participation and engagement.
• Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Conducting small group instruction or one-on-one tutoring sessions as needed.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Participating in school events and parent-teacher meetings as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom space.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
