Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated German Teaching Assistant to support our German language courses. The successful candidate will assist lead teachers in the following tasks:

• Prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, multimedia resources, and classroom activities.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons that cater to various learner levels and styles.
• Conduct conversation practice sessions with students to enhance their speaking skills.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback under the guidance of lead instructors.
• Help organize cultural events and extracurricular activities to enrich the students' learning experience.
• Maintain an encouraging and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in both German (native or near-native level) and English; knowledge of Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
• A degree in German Language, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and an understanding of different learning methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse student needs.
