Our collaborator is a leading sports management software company with more than a decade of experience and a community of more than 2 million users in 20 countries. Its solutions facilitate the daily management of sports centres and improve the experience of its customers, promoting a healthy lifestyle. 

Your role will be to support the people in the department in their day-to-day work, assisting potential customers and helping existing customers.

Tareas

• Identify and contact potential new customers in French-speaking markets.
• Presenting the company and its products.
• Support customers during the software change process.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Communicate possible product improvements to the team (customer feedback).
• Carry out analyses and market research in the sector.

Condiciones

• Economic compensation: 600 euros per month-

Availability and hours

Start date: As soon as possible,

Full time position: 40 hours per week

Timetable: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 (30 minutes for lunch) and Fridays and eves of public holidays: 08:00 - 15:00.
