Job Description

As an intern in our company, you will have a hands-on experience in planning and coordinating luxury weddings and related events. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating wedding-related events.
• Contributing to the creation of wedding themes and concepts.
• Liaising with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality services within specified budgets.
• Assisting in site inspections and venue selection.
• Contributing to the planning and coordination of rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, wedding ceremonies, and receptions.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a passion for weddings and special events. Previous experience is not essential but highly desirable. However, you must demonstrate:

• A relevant degree or studying towards a degree in Event Management or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to handle stress and manage time effectively.
