Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a productive learning atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting lead teachers in the delivery of English lessons, aiding in classroom management and student engagement.
• Supporting students in diverse activities, including pronunciation practice, vocabulary building, and conversational skills.
• Developing and implementing engaging learning materials and activities tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Conducting conversation clubs or language exchange sessions to enhance students’ speaking and listening abilities.
• Providing individual or small group tutoring as needed to reinforce learning objectives.
• Participating in faculty meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching practices.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English; native speakers preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience, particularly in language instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and cultural exchange.
