Role Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to learn firsthand about HR strategies, processes, and responsibilities in a global business context. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks including talent acquisition, HR administration, employee engagement, HR data analysis, and participation in special projects or initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database.
- Support in administrative tasks such as organizing personnel files, updating HR databases, and processing employment contracts.
- Help in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee engagement activities.
- Participate in the creation of internal communication materials related to HR topics.
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential.

- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
