Paid Project Management Internship in a technology company in Barcelona, Spain

Our collaborator is a technology company that develops smart lockers and ticketing solutions to enhance user experiences in venues such as theme parks, shopping centers, ski resorts, and events. With more than 25,000 lockers installed, operations in over 10 countries, and over 250 active sales points across Europe, they are rapidly growing in the European market.

Tareas

• Support the overall management of ongoing projects

• Coordinate and manage all project-related documentation

• Ensure that documentation for all resources and collaborators is accurate and up to date

• Monitor milestones and key deliverables

• Maintain updated project statuses to ensure visibility and control

Requisitos

• University studies in Engineering, Project Management or related fields

• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication abilities

• High level of English and basic Spanish

• Proficiency in office tools and preferably project management software

Condiciones

• Monthly financial compensation between 300€ and 500€, depending on the candidate’s profile

• Practical experience in a dynamic and growing company

• Mentorship and guidance from the PMO Director

• Opportunity to work on impactful and real-world projects

Availability and hours:

• Full-time internship, start date from September 2025

• Duration: minimum of 6 months
