Internship Opportunity: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Management Intern to join our team in Viseu, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events sector, learning from seasoned professionals in a supportive environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other platforms.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Help manage guest lists and RSVP tracking.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in generating reports on team and client feedback.
• Maintain and update our database with relevant information regarding suppliers and service providers.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Event Management or Marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
• A genuine passion for events and a proactive attitude toward challenges.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated creativity and initiative in previous projects.
