Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event planning and execution, working closely with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and community festivals.
• Conduct research for potential venues, suppliers, and vendors.
• Support the development of event timelines, logistics, and budgets.
• Help create event marketing materials and manage social media promotions.
• Assist in on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and execution of event details.
• Gather feedback post-events to evaluate guest experiences and identify areas of improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
