Job Description

The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in delivering the curriculum effectively in a supportive learning environment. Primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the teacher during lessons and organizing learning resources.
• Helping children in their studies and daily activities, including with educational games, sports, and crafts.
• Providing special needs students with extra help.
• Ensuring a safe and tidy classroom.
• Observing, assessing, and recording learners' progress.
• Participating in school events and activities.

Job Requirements

Applicants looking to make a substantial difference in a child's life must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience in a school setting.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese education system and curriculum.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to speak both English and Portuguese is necessary.
