Tasks and Responsibilities:

The prospective translator intern will be a critical part of our team, assisting us in translating various documents related to our business from English to Portuguese and vice versa. Key tasks will include:

• Translation of written materials in various formats (PDF, Word, HTML, etc.)
• Maintaining the content's original meaning during the translation process
• Proofreading and editing translations
• Assisting senior translators in cultural adaptation
• Collaborating with other interns on translation projects
• Functioning in full compliance with company's confidentiality and data privacy policies

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and attributes required for this internship include:

• Bachelor's degree or being a student in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
• Excellent command of both English and Portuguese languages
• Exceptional communication and computer skills
• Experience in translation software and localization tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
