Job Opening: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly motivated individual to join our community as a Teaching Assistant. The perfect candidate will work closely with teachers to develop lesson plans, provide additional student support, and foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and preparing educational activities, materials, and lessons.
  • Provide individualized tutoring for students needing additional guidance.
  • Supervise students outside of the classroom, including leading field trips and managing lunch and recess periods.
  • Help to maintain a disciplined and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Works closely with the lead instructor to monitor student progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date student records and provide feedback to parents and school staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is required.
  • Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, students, and community members.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
