Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events including trade shows, new product launches, client interactions and corporate meetings.
• Work closely with the event marketing team to implement promotional activities.
• Support the management of event logistics from vendor relationships, event set-up, troubleshooting, and event breakdown.
• Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery for all events managed.
• Maintain accurate tracking, recording and preparation of reports and analytics regarding event details and outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive participant, problem solver, and detail-oriented individual. Applicants must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within strict timelines and be flexible to work outside the traditional work hours when required. Proficient in Portuguese, fluent English is a key requirement due to our multinational clientele. A degree or current study in a relevant course such as events management or any related field should be in your background.
