Description of Internship Role

As a Human Resources intern, you will be exposed to real-world experience working on pivotal projects in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, HR data management, and organizational effectiveness. The specific tasks include:

• Assist in the sourcing and interviewing process of potential candidates
• Support in onboarding new employees and offboarding exiting employees
• Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Contribute to the preparation of HR workflows and policies
• Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities

Job and Personal Requirements

• Studying for an undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or related field
• Fundamental knowledge of labor legislation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented, with superb organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
