Job Description

The English Teaching Assistant will support our language instructors in delivering engaging, interactive, and effective lessons. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation of lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Conducting small group and individual tutoring sessions to reinforce language skills.
• Facilitating language activities that promote conversation and fluency.
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Organizing and participating in extracurricular language events.
• Collaborating with the teaching team to enhance the curriculum and overall student experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and passion for teaching and language.

Personal Requirements

• Proficiency in English, with native or near-native fluency.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
