Job description

We are offering an Internship position in our Customer Service department. As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This includes but is not limited to handling customer inquiries, solving customer issues, record keeping, and developing customer service protocols. You will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural setting, enhancing your communication skills and gaining valuable insights into our organizational structure and customer service processes.

Tasks

  • Assist with customer inquiries over phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain a strong customer database.
  • Assist in devising and implementing customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate on projects aimed at customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a university student or a fresh graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in any customer service roles is an added advantage.
