Job Description

As a Spanish Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Spanish language classes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the lead teacher in lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Facilitating conversation sessions and language practice activities.
  • Providing individual support to students to enhance their understanding of the Spanish language.
  • Creating engaging educational materials and resources.
  • Helping to organize and participate in extracurricular language activities and cultural events.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and students.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) and proficiency in English.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in teaching or tutoring languages is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Passion for languages and teaching, with a creative approach to learning.
