Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and facilitate learning activities.
• Support students with their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Prepare educational materials and resources for lessons, adapting to diverse learning needs.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and interactive classroom environment.
• Conduct small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to promote student understanding.
• Assist in assessment and evaluation of student progress and performance.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
• Provide feedback and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (or pursuing same).
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English, preferably in a language school setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
