Internship Description

We are seeking a motivated Events Intern to support our dynamic team in managing a variety of exciting projects. This hands-on internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other digital platforms.
• Conduct research to find potential venues and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and suitability.
• Help with budget tracking and invoicing to ensure all financial aspects are managed effectively.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various events.
• Provide administrative support, including documenting processes and maintaining event schedules.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, during peak event seasons.

• Passion for events and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
